Hot Sauce Chili Spice Recipies

Grandpa Lyle's HS Ghost Pepper Chili

Ingredients:

1 number 10 can of diced tomatoes
1 number 10 can of green beans
1 number 10 can hot chili beans      *** Note: Use all the liquid from the cans.

1 36 oz of catsup.
Dice & cook 1 stock of celery, 1 large onion, pound of broccoli.
1/2 oz. Devil's Chili Powder (ghost pepper powder), OR use Black Skull Ghost Chili Pepper Powder if you prefer a nice smokey flavor
3tbs. Worcester, l tbs. mustard.
Season to taste with Ole Smoked Habanero Powder.

OPTIONAL: If you want a meat chili, use 3 pounds browned hamburger. This is great to make & freeze in portions you need (for quick hot meals).PickyourPepper.com has all the seasonings to make this vegetarian chili a hit!

Directions:

Bring to a boil in 18 qt. pot & simmer 2 hours.


 

Roger's Wicked Jambalaya


Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 3-6 hours | Servings: 6 servings | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound andouille sausage, sliced
2 (28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 (28 oz.can black-eyed peas
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
3 teaspoons dried oregano
3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons Ole Smokey Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon Midnight Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Sprinkle Devils Chili Powder (with caution)
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
1 pound scallops, raw
6 cups cooked rice (optional)

Directions:

The key to good Jambalaya is in the spices. To obtain depth and robustness, this recipe uses several key spices to make a winning Jambalaya.

In a slow cooker, combine chicken, sausage, tomatoes, black-eyes peas, onion, green pepper, celery, and chicken broth. Stir in oregano, Cajun seasoning, Ole Smokey hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, Midnight Garlic Salt, and thyme. Lightly sprinkle Devil's Chili Powder to taste.

Cover, and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves and spoon over cooked rice.


 

Shirley's Secret BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

3 or 4 pieces of celery diced small.
1/2 of a sweet onion, brown this in butter.
2 24oz of catsup, 3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tbs. mustard
2tbs. Worcester sauce
3 tbs Ole Smokey Hot Sauce
1 cup of pork stock or 1 cup of water
Add midnight garlic powder to taste

Directions:

Bring to a boil & cook on low (covered) until thick.
